Fit Box Aerobics
Members have the opportunity to participate in small classes that focus on
proper boxing technique and self-discipline. This dynamic setting
has jump ropes, various punching bags and a full boxing ring.
One-to-One training sessions can be arranged with an instructor that
will accommodate the client's skill and fitness level. Expect to see an
increase in agility and stamina, as well as loss of weight in a
short period of time.
